Cancellation Policy

Sandy B. Glowing Academy & Partners Course Terms & Conditions By enrolling on any training programme delivered by Sandy B. Glowing Academy, you agree to the following: 1. Booking & Payment Full payment of the course fee is required at the time of booking. Your place is not secured until payment is received in full. All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 2. Cancellation & Non-Attendance All bookings are final. Cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made. Failure to attend the course on the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the full course fee. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. 3. Rescheduling Rescheduling is not permitted under any circumstances. Once booked, your course date is fixed and cannot be transferred. This ensures fairness in seat allocation and protects venue, trainer scheduling, and preparation commitments. 4. Trainer Substitution / Academy Cancellation In the unlikely event that a trainer cannot deliver the course, the Academy reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement trainer, offer an alternative date, or issue a full refund if no alternative is available. The Academy is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses. 5. Student Responsibilities Students must ensure they meet any prerequisite requirements and hold appropriate insurance before practising independently. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm regulatory or insurance eligibility prior to enrolment. 6. Professional Conduct Students are expected to behave professionally at all times. The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe. No refund will be issued in such cases. 7. Certification Certificates are issued in a digital format upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of required practical competence. The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if standards are not met. 8. Intellectual Property All training materials remain the intellectual property of Sandy B. Glowing Academy and may not be copied, reproduced, or used to deliver independent training without written consent. Acceptance By completing payment, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
