COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS- LUXURY HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE

 

1. Promoter

This competition is organised and operated by Sandy B. Glowing (the “Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition are not eligible to enter.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant and may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose.

2.4 Entries made on behalf of another person or using automated methods will not be accepted.

 

3. Nature of Competition

3.1 This is a skill-based competition and not a prize draw or lottery.

3.2 The winner will be selected based on merit in accordance with the judging criteria set out below.

3.3 No element of chance will determine the winner of the main competition.

 

4. How to Enter (Main Competition)

4.1 To enter the main competition, participants must:

a) Book and attend a treatment with a minimum value of £100 via the official booking link provided by the Promoter; and

b) Submit a written entry detailing their experience to the Promoter’s DMs on Instagram.

4.2 Each qualifying treatment visit entitles the participant to submit one entry.

4.3 Multiple entries are permitted, provided that:

each entry relates to a separate qualifying treatment; and

each submission is materially different and original.

4.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be considered.

 

5. Entry Standards and Validity

5.1 All entries must be genuine, accurate, and based on the participant’s own experience.

5.2 The Promoter reserves the absolute right to reject any entry which, in its sole discretion:

lacks sufficient detail or quality;

is misleading, false, or exaggerated;

appears to be duplicated, automated, or generated;

does not demonstrate a meaningful engagement with the competition criteria.

5.3 The Promoter’s decision regarding the validity of entries is final and binding.

 

6. Judging Criteria and Selection

6.1 All valid entries will be assessed against the following criteria:

quality, depth, and clarity of the submission;

authenticity and personal insight;

explanation of treatment experience and results;

overall effort, coherence, and thoughtfulness.

6.2 The winner will be the entrant whose submission, in the Independent judge’s opinion, best satisfies the above criteria.

6.3 Judging will be carried out by the Promoter and will include an independent reviewer to decide the winner..

6.4 The Promoter’s and Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.5 The final selection process will take place once 1000 valid entries have been reached.

 

7. Prize

7.1 The prize is a Luxury Holiday Experience with a value of up to £5,000.

7.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

7.4 The prize may be subject to additional terms imposed by third-party suppliers.

7.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs, expenses, or arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

7.6 Upon winning the competition, the winner will find the travel destination, including all the details and will send everything to the promoter. The promoter will then order the holiday. 

7.7 The promoter is not responsible for any price increases or drops and the winner will be responsible for covering the difference. 

7.8 Where a holiday price has dropped, the promoter will not issue this difference in cash or credits.

7.9 The promoter is not responsible for any missed flights, delays or cancellations. Once the booking is made by the promoter, all responsibilities are transferred to the winner. 


 

8. Competition Period

8.1 The competition will run during a campaign period as determined and communicated by the Promoter.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.

8.3 Only entries received during the stated period will be eligible.

 

9. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

9.1 The winner will be notified using the contact details provided.

9.2 If the winner fails to respond within a reasonable period specified by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity before awarding the prize.

 

10. Separate Community Giveaway

10.1 A separate promotional prize draw is available to participants who do not enter the main competition.

10.2 Entry requires:

following the Promoter’s social media page; and

tagging three (3) individuals.

10.3 The prize is a treatment of the Promoter’s choosing or equivalent value.

10.4 Winners will be selected at random and announced on a bi-weekly basis.

10.5 This promotion is entirely separate and does not provide entry into the £5,000 competition.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize;

any technical failures, system errors, or issues affecting participation;

any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

 

12. Disqualification and Cancellation

12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or acts in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair.

12.2 The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control or where integrity is compromised.

 

13. Data Protection

13.1 Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the competition.

13.2 All personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

 

14. General

14.1 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Treatwell.

14.2 The Promoter may use some of the reviews for their own marketing purposes.

14.3 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

14.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14.5 The promoter reserved the right to update these terms at any time during the competition or after.
